You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a product free of charge.
To submit a return request, please complete our return form. This step is required for your return to be processed.
Once the form is completed, you can proceed with the return.
Inside the package, you’ll find the prepaid return labels and the packing list with your purchased items. Please place the items in their original condition, including all tags and packaging, and apply the prepaid return label to cover the previous shipping information.
Using our label ensures refund coverage in case of loss or theft during transit to our warehouse in Italy. If you choose not to use our return label, North Sails is not responsible for any issues during transport.

We will process your refund within 14 business days from the date your return is shipped.
