Dear Client,
You have 30 days from the date of order receipt to return a product for free.You will find the DHL prepaid labels and the packing list with the items purchased in the transparent pocket on the outside of the package.
We kindly ask you to return the goods, in their original condition, including tags and packaging, and to apply the DHL prepaid label to cover the previous shipping information.
You must kindly open the transparent envelope on the outside of the box and take the label on the back with your address as the sender and that of our warehouse as the recipientYou can use the DHL prepaid labels to drop off the parcel at a DHL express service point, no DHL paket, no post office (you can locate the closest at this link: Find DHL Locations (express.dhl)).

In case you have lost your return documents, we kindly ask to inform us so that we can proceed as soon as possible. Please, keep in mind that if you do not use our return label, North Sails will not be responsible for any theft or loss during transport.
The refund will be issued within 14 days from the date the return was shipped back, using the original payment method.We inform you that we do not make direct replacements. If you wish to have another size, we recommend that you make a new purchase. In the event that, for the purchase, you have used a voucher, the part applied to the returned item/s will be automatically regenerated in your account.
