North Sails Club Loyalty Program

1. General Information
The North Sails Club (the“Program”) isoperated by North Sails (the “Company”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“Member”) agree to the following terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel the Program and these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
- The Program is open to individuals aged 18 or older.
- Membership is limited to individuals andcannot be shared or transferred.
- Each individual may only maintain one North Sails Club account.
3. Enrolment
- To participate, individuals must create an account on the North Sails website or in relevant North Sails stores.
- The Company may refuse membership or terminate any account that appears to be used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
4. Earning Rewards
- Members will earn points or discounts based on their tier in the Program (Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold).
- Only purchases made through the official North Sails website or authorised stores are eligible to earn rewards.
- Points or discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
- The Company reserves the right to adjust points for returns or cancellations of qualifying purchases.
5. Membership Tiers
- The Program offers multiple membership tiers (Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold) based on spending and engagement levels.
- Upgrades and downgrades between tiers are based on annual spending within the Program year.
- Tier-specific rewards such as discount vouchers are subject to these terms and are valid for the stated period only.
6. One-Time Vouchers and Percentage Discounts
- Certain tiers receive one-time discount vouchers (e.g., €25 for Bronze, €50 for Gold) and percentage-based discounts (e.g., 5% for Silver, 10% for Gold).
- Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless specified.
- Percentage discounts are valid for eligible purchases and cannot be retroactively applied.
- Vouchers or discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
7. Points Expiration and Account Inactivity
- Accounts that remain inactive for a period of [24 months] may be deactivated, resulting in the loss of all accumulated rewards.
8. Membership Termination
- Members may terminate their participation in the Program at any time by contacting customer service.
- The Company reserves the right to terminate any membership at its sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
- Upon termination, all points, rewards, and benefits will be forfeited.
